Experience developing and integrating Rich Internet Applications (RIA) using Adobe Flex, Google GWT or similar frameworks
Experience integrating SAP Enterprise Portal (EP 6.0/7.0) with HR ESS/MSS, BI 7.0
Some SAP JAVA development experience including WebDynPro development
Some experience customizing and integrating SAP EP 6.0/7.0 themes, KM and collaboration
Some experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g. reporting, document management, etc.) with SAP EP 6.0/7.0
Developer Mentoring and Excellent Presentation (specifically to Senior Management)
