Sr. Analyst, HR Tech-SAP Specialist

Job Summary: We currently have an opening for a Senior Analyst, HR Tech - SAP Specialist. This position is responsible for providing support to the HR Technology Group in the design and development of business and technical specifications to modify HR processes and solutions in SAP HCM. This position will also provide system support to the HR team for ad hoc reporting, via SAP HCM query tools and/or Business Warehouse for HR.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will develop high level analytical reports to support business requests, as well as provide requirements for customer ABAP and BW reporting needs. You will provide technical and functional HRIS support to key HR processes, including Compensation, Benefits and Staffing. You will gather requirements from business stakeholders to define business case, scope, process, design and provide business rules. You will create test scripts and perform unit testing of modifications and enhancements to the SAP HCM modules and other HR technology applications. Ultimately, you will be responsible for data integrity by performing regular audits of all information in the system.


Pay Range: DOE

Required Skills: This position requires approximately 100% travel. Education/Experience Requirements: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Candidates with commensurate experience will be considered. It is preferred that you have at least 3 years of experience in HRIS, including 2 years experience working with reporting in SAP HR queries and Business Warehouse tools for - PA, OM, Compensation modules. Proficiency in PD, LSO, BW, MSS, ESS, OM, PA reporting and any other additional modules is a plus. It is important that you possess a strong knowledge of HR technology and practices, system technical architecture, office application products database elements, relations and query concepts/report writing skills. Additionally, you should have experience with user documentation, test scripts, and other documentation writing abilities. To be successful in the role, you must be proficient in developing queries, writing business user specs, and have a strong understanding of relational databases. You must be able to create and alter Access databases, troubleshoot database problems, and interpret non-technical user requests. Strong analysis and software development process background is a necessity, as are exceptional data analysis skills. You must be strong in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP Queries, BW Reporting, and strength in Crystal Report Writing, and/or SQL Server is a plus.
